Hello! This is my first post here, but it won't be the last! So, uh, hi! :)
I've been planning on getting a Neil Gaiman tattoo for several years, but hadn't found anything that really struck me in a way that I could get it done. And then
The Graveyard Book came out.
What I'm going to get is from the lullaby that Bod's mother sings him:
Face your life
Its pain, its pleasure
Leave no path untakenI have a nautical star on my left forearm and my tattooist and I have discussed getting it done around my arm to start and finish on either side of the star, but I don't know if I'm completely sold on that. [My other thought is to get it done around my upper arm where it'll end near the top point of the star, idk for sure. I think it'll be easier to figure out once I solve my other issue.]
The main issue I'm having is I can't find a font I'm completely happy with. I like the fonts that are sort of handwritten/scripty. I don't want anything too "girlie". I rather like
Freebooter Script, but it's just a wee bit curly. Does anyone know any fonts that are similar to that, but a little less, ah, embellished [I guess that's the word]?
Here's my arm, for a bit of reference. I know it's dark, but I had to make do with my laptop!camera and it doesn't like anything less than a brilliantly-lit room.

Thank you! I really appreciate any help that can be given!
